Q: What time is check-in? What time is check-out?

A: Check-in is from 3pm onwards. Check-out is at 12 noon.

Q: I’ll be driving to the hotel. Is there an on-site car park?

A: Please note that there is no on-site car parking at the hotel. Sorry! However, the closest car park is at Gate House Apartments, approximately 5 minutes walk from South Point Suites. Car parking tickets can be validated via the Maltings Estate Reception. The reception is located to the left hand side of the entry barrier. Tickets can be validated during the following hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm Saturday + Sunday 9am - 6pm There is no entry/exit out with these hours. The charge for parking is £10 / 24 hours. Please note too that the carpark entrance is within the Congestion Zone.

Q: I have made a booking at South Point Suites. Where do I collect my room key?

A: You’ll be greeted at the hotel by our friendly reception staff on arrival. They will check you in and issue you a key card for your suite. Our reception is open 24 hours. Check in is from 3pm onwards. Check out is at 12 noon.

Q: Do you offer a shuttle service?

A: We do not currently offer a shuttle service. However, South Point Suites is well located for transport links via taxi, tube, train and bus. A taxi from Heathrow Airport to South Point Suites costs around £45-£60 depending on the terminal you are transferring from. The Heathrow Express will transport you from Heathrow Airport to Paddington in 15 minutes for around £20. From Paddington, travel on the Bakerloo Line to Baker Street then change to the Jubilee Line and embark at London Bridge. This tube journey takes approximately 20 minutes. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from London Bridge station. Alternatively, travel on the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow Airport to Green Park then change to the Jubilee Line from Green Park to London Bridge. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from London Bridge station. The train journey from from Gatwick Airport to South Point Suites takes between 30-60 minutes. Tickets cost around £10 and can be booked online or on arrival at Gatwick Airport. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from London Bridge Station. To make getting around London easier, we recommend downloading the CityMapper app.

Q: I’d like to bring my pet with me to South Point Suites. Is that allowed?

A: Yes! South Point Suites is a pet-friendly hotel. For short stays, we charge a pet fee of £30 per night. For extended stays of 7 nights or more, we charge a pet fee of £50 + deposit of £150 (refundable at check out).

Q: Do you offer interconnecting rooms at South Point Suites?

A: Yes. We have a limited number of Accessible Studio Suites which interconnect with Twin Studio Suites. These are limited and subject to availability.

Q: Can I arrange an extra bed for my suite?

A: Use of in-room sofa beds is free of charge for children under 12 years old. For children over 12 and adults, we charge a fee of £50.00 (+VAT) per night. Please note we do not currently offer freestanding rollaway beds.
